The Challenge
Care facilities need a reliable way to manage camera devices, resident data, staff operations, care activity records, and alerts across multiple locations while maintaining secure access, tenant separation, and real-time communication.
The Solution
SALTO implemented a modern AI camera management platform with a Next.js management dashboard and a FastAPI backend. The system supports multi-tenant architecture, camera registration and monitoring, room and floor management, resident profiles, staff management, care diary records, reports, notifications, WebSocket real-time event streaming, and secure media delivery via AWS S3 and CloudFront.
